September Start

This is an exciting opportunity within ÌÇÐÄlogo. We are looking for a Librarian to support in making a difference to the lives of young people at Windsor Olympus Academy (Olympus). You’ll need the commitment and passion and energy to make our vision for Olympus a reality in the local community.

Olympus is our brand new free school that opened in Sandwell in September 2023, recruiting 180 students from Sandwell and Birmingham. The school caters for students aged 11 to 16. It opened with Year-7 students only, as a six-form entry school. Olympus will grow year-on-year to provide education for 900 students after five years. This is the next opportunity to join our amazing team as our students now progress into their KS4 study. You will be at the very front of architecting the environment, infrastructure and pathway to success.

Windsor Olympus Academy will create the right environment for young people to flourish, igniting their passion and love of learning, enabling them to thrive academically. We will awaken students’ aspirations and develop their understanding of well-being and health, enabling them to thrive personally. We will be at the heart of the community.

As well as a bespoke package of professional development, we offer a range of staff benefits including membership of a Pension Scheme, an employee assistance programme and access to offers and discounts with well-known retailers.

For more information about this position please visit /job-vacancies-and-careers/ or to have a confidential discussion about the role, please contact Abbie McDaid at amcdaid@olympus.windsoracademytrust.org.uk.

Closing date: Wednesday 3rd June, 9am

We look forward to hearing from you!
