We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, enthusiastic and inspirational Early Career Teacher to join the team at Rivers Primary Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual at the beginning of their teaching career to develop within a highly supportive, innovative and inclusive school environment.
As an Early Career Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional teaching and learning experiences whilst developing your own professional practice through expert coaching, mentoring and Continued Professional Learning.
We are looking for an ECT Class Teacher who:
? Is an exceptional and reflective classroom practitioner with high aspirations for all pupils
? Has exceptionally high expectations for pupils鈥� attainment, achievement and behaviour
? Is committed to inclusive practice and ensuring every child succeeds
? Is passionate about teaching, learning and curriculum development

? Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm and resilience
? Is keen to contribute actively to the wider life of the school
? Has an interest in using digital technology to enhance teaching and learning
